POViS offers shipping with PostNL. The shipping rate for your order will be displayed in checkout. 

RETURN POLICY

You are granted a 14-day window, starting from the date of the received order. Please get in touch with us via email at info@povilasgegevicius.com regarding your return. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. For returns outside the EU, any customs duties or taxes incurred upon the package’s arrival in The Netherlands will be deducted from the refund.

All items must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unused, unwashed, with the original tags still affixed, and securely packaged. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear and tear. Customised orders, items made to individual order and measurements are not refundable.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. We do not ship on weekends. Occasionally items may be oversold. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. You can choose to wait on the back-ordered item or the item can be voided and the purchase amount refunded.
